TMS_INTERFACE_FLAG Remains In 'AR' Status And Is Not Changing To 'CMP' Upon Successful Ship Confirmation Of A Delivery (Doc ID 2893213.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrading to Release 12.2.10 from Release 12.1.3,  the TMS_INTERFACE_FLAG on a delivery is still showing as 'AR' (Answer Received) nstead of
'CMP' (Complete) after delivery has been successfully ship confirmed.


EXPECTATION

Expectation is that the TMS_INTERFACE_FLAG would change to 'CMP' after delivery is ship confirmed successfully.


STEPS

1) OM Super User Responsibility
2) Set profile option 'Delivery Based OTM Integration to Delivery.
3) Shipping > Transactions
4) Manually create a delivery.
5) Send delivery to OTM for Planning.
6) Go into OTM and receive Planned Shipment.
7) Go back into EBS Shipping > Transactions
8) Query delivery > Ship confirm and close the stops.
9) Verify the TMS Interface status of Delivery is showing as CMP and not AR.
