Symptoms

Purchase Orders PO's are stuck in Pre-Approved status. Error found in the associated workflow:

Error stack: Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_REQAPPROVAL_ACTION.DOC_COMPLETE_CHECK, POAPPRV, 516615-484969, 315214, RUN)

WFStat: Item Attribute Values section from  EBS Procurement Approval Analyzer <Document 1525670.1> shows:

SYSADMIN_ERROR_MSG
System administrator error_message: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package PO_DOCUMENT_CHECKS_GRP Procedure PO_SUBMISSION_CHECK
