adop apply phase stuck while applying patch 33578812:R12.FND.C '12.2.3+: INTEGRATION OF ETRM WITH EBS APPLICATION' via adop its stuck at apply phase as follows:

**** Reseting package states in the current session ****

FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afetrfil.lct @FND:patch/115/etc/afetrmda.ldt -

Calling FNDLOAD function.
