Symptoms

After applying patches 31942949 and 31230755, the Shipping Transportation Outbound Interface failed with the following:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Applied patches for OTM Shipping Outbound Integration
2. Navigate: Shipping-Transportation Outbound Interface failing after patches.

 The error occurred after applying patches 31942949 and 31230755.
