G-INV: Unable Access IGT Order Or Agreement GT&C Due to "You Have Insufficient Privileges" Error (Doc ID 2893971.1)

Unable access IGT Order or GT&C due to "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator." error.

Steps
++++
1. Login to EBS with Custom responsibility
2. Navigation = Buyer Work Center > Orders > IGT Orders - or Buyer Work Center > Agreements > GT&Cs
3. Search any approved IGT Order or Agreement
4. After data is populated, click the Order/Agreement number link
5. Error "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator." prompted
