Stale Data Error on Edit and Submit requisition page after single line update

Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Requisition Creation
While creating the Requisition, on Edit and Submit Requistion page, after single line update
the following error occurs:
ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to perform transaction on the record.
Cause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.
Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:1. Go to iProcurement responsibility > Non Catalog Request
2. Add lines to Cart
3. Click on View Cart and Checkout
4. On Shopping Cart click Edit. Opens up Edit and Submit Requisition page
5. Select one line and click on update.
6. Put necessary details and click on Apply
7. Observe that error appears on the Edit Requisition page
