When trying to perform Miscellaneous Transaction (Receipt) for an item See the following error

ISSUE SCOPE

Issue with single item
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Inventory responsibility
3. Navigate to Transactions>Miscellaneous Transaction
4. Create Transaction of Type "Unknown RMA Receipt"
5. Click on Transaction Lines ,enter item and other details and click Lot/Serial Button
