 While creating a new tax rate using the 'Copy' function the following error list.

Error:

Enter A Valid Reporting Code " Error While Updating Tax Accounts For Tax Rates (Doc ID 2814572.1)

Processing the following steps:

Tax Configuration: Tax Rates > Copy and Override Tax Rate >

Row 1 Error - Please enter a valid reporting code




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Ebtax->Tax Configuration -> Tax Rates
2.  Call up an existing rate and click on Copy and Override on the rate. This is to create a new rate under a different Operating Unit or Legal Entity.
3.  Saving the new rate causes error:

Due to this issue, users cannot create a new taxing rate using the 'copy' function.
