Symptoms

While trying to run ECCRUNDL: ECC Run Data Load request
the following error occurs.

ORA-01840: input value not long enough for date format

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Procurement Command Center : ECC Administrator
3. Submit Requests  > ECCRUNDL: ECC Run Data Load
