When trying to submit any Self-Service transaction, workflow ends in below error:

Local Event ERROR: oracle.apps.wf.notification.send /
An error occurred in the following Event Subscription

Event Error Name:
Event Error Message: An error occurred in subscription execution but the details are not available. Verify that the Workflow API WF_EVENT.SetErrorInfo is used to set the error details in the PLSQL rule function.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "Employee Self-Service" responsibility

2. Navigate to any function like Absence Management (or) Extra Information (or) Special Information.

3. Enter the details and submit the transaction.

4. Observe that the Workflow has ended in the above error.
