Symptoms
When viewing employee's payslip via Payroll Professional Responsibility getting below error
ERROR

The selected action is not available. The cause may be related to security. Contact your system administrator to verify your permission level for this action.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps
1. Navigate to Payroll Professional responsibility > Payslip Details.
2. Enter Assignment Number and click Go .
3. Click on Action Icon and error occurs.
