Manual Item Substitution on booked order fails if UOM of Ordered Item and substituted item are different even though UOM conversion is defined.
When trying to add substitute item from Related Item window having UOM different than original item below error occurs

ERROR
Could not find price list in ordered UOM and primary UOM
List price is required for booked order
FRM :40212 Invalid value for field ORDER_QUANTITY_UOM

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order management super user
2. Enter order with line item having UOM of HR
3.Order is Booked
4.Use Related item window and select Substitute item having UOM 'USD'
  Error pops up
