Trying To Purge Some "Retired" OU's Project Data (Doc ID 2896850.1)

Goal

When trying to purge Project data for several OU's that are no longer active, by running the validate step (ADM: Validate Purge Batches process), many of the projects are generating errors such as:

"This project has non-zero UBR and UER balances." ,

"OTL records exist for this project in another system.",

"This project contains vendor invoices that are not fully paid"

There are some other errors as well.

Is there is a way to bypass these errors and purge/archive the project data for these OU's?
