Error When Navigating in iReceivables - ORA-06512 APPS.MO_GLOBAL (Doc ID 2897514.1)

Symptoms

When navigating through various iReceivables screens, the following error occurs:

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module
'oracle.apps.ar.irec.common.server.CustomerSearchAM'

JBO-30003: The application pool
ORA-20001: SQL_PLSQL_ERROR: N, ROUTINE, MO_GLOBAL.SET_ORG_ACCESS, N, ERRNO,
-20001, N, REASON, ORA-20001: APP-FND-02938: Multi-organization routine
failed to initialize a session for the product: &PRODUCT. Please inform your
support representative.

The error occurs despite either of the following profiles being set correctly:
MO: Operating Unit
MO: Security Profile

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: iReceivables 2.0 Internal
Navigation
: Customer Search

  1. After clicking on search, the error can occur at this point, or when navigating to a different page.
  2. Refreshing the browser page takes the user to the correct page.
