OTL Configured Timecard Notification Layout Is Missing Some Configured Fields (Doc ID 2897636.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OTL Timecard Notification Layout is missing a configured field even though the field is showing correctly when submitting timecard from Employee Self Service.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Self-Service Time or equivalent Responsibility.

2. Create a timecard and submit for approval.

3. Login as Timecard Approver.

4. On the homepage, open the Approval Notification.

5. The Custom attribute which was visible and completed upon timecard creation is not being displayed in the approval Notification layout.




Note: Same if we Submit the timecard through time keeper responsibility, we see the attribute on the notification.

For other Eligibility Criteria/Preferences too we see the Custom attributes on Notification Layout.
