Symptoms
When merging customer accounts after 12.2.10 upgrade, the project agreements are not updated with correct remaining customer account.
As a result there is a mismatch between project customer and customer on the agreement screen.
Users can not adjust funding because of the mismatch.
Merge should be complete that project agreements should be included.
If user runs a query for the agreement in Project Agreements form, they may receive below error:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Oracle Customer Data Librarian Superuser/Data Quality/Create Merge Request by Registry ID
(2) Oracle Customer Data Librarian Superuser/Data Quality/Account Merge Request/Create Account Merge
(3) Projects Superuser/Project/Customer
(4) Check if projects that were assigned to customer xxx are updated.
(5) Projects Superuser/Billing/Agreements
(6) Agreement is not updated as a result of the merge. Project customer does not match agreement customer for the same project. This is generating error when trying to add/remove funding.
