Unable to create customer contact point phone number using API "HZ_CONTACT_POINT_V2PUB.create_contact_point"

ERROR

Either a Raw Phone Number or the Area Code and Phone Number should be passed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: View > Request

1. Submit the program for the API
