PAXURVPS.fmb: Project Status Inquiry Form Hangs When Querying From Any Field. (Doc ID 2898120.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to query from the Project Status Inquiry form (PSI), using any of the fields the form hangs.

This issue was discovered during OCI Migration testing.

Running a tkprof for performance or an AWR report to look for poor performing queries does not show that there are any projects queries being executed while the form is hanging.

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into a Project responsibility
  2. Navigate to Project Status Inquiry
  3. Enter a value in the search fields
  4. Click Find
  5. Hourglass shows page is searching, but never completes.
