In iSupplier Portal, Cannot See Links To Perform Personalizations

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Personalization links are not available even after enabling the required profiles.
Personalization links will be available after setting up the profiles.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the EBS application
2. Set the profile "Personalize Self-Service Defn" to Yes.
3. Find that the personalization links are not available at Isupplier Responsibility.
