ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrade to 12.2.10, Onhand Quantity on Material workbench does not match Supply-Demand Screen. Supply Demand screen shows a lot of excess onhand from move order supply records.We need to understand why these are showing up and impacting the current onhand quantity shown on the form. This is severely impacting planning operations.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Onhand > Material Workbench > See item shows qty 1
2. Inventory > Onhand > View / Supply demand > See current onhand 2128
-- This is incorrect, There are a lot of "Move order supply" records shown which are old ones.
