Symptoms

When attempting to view Lot Genealogy, from a custom responsibility that uses the 11i OPM Inventory menu, OPM Inventory Control,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: APPTREE_EVENT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502" error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Lot Geneaology Navigator form (Custom Responsibility or OPM Inventory > OPM Inventory Control > Inquiries > Lot Genealogy)
2. Error appears
