Why Is the Updated Default Value For An Element Not Transferring Correctly From OTL To BEE ? (Doc ID 2898732.1)

Symptoms

Updated default value for an element is not transferring from OTL to  BEE, instead the old value is still being transferred.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Using Responsibility US HRMS Manager >Total compensation > Element Link >Query for element XXX

2. Click on Input value and check default Rate amount. It is 1 

3. Make a change to the default Rate value from 1 to 4 and save 

4. Navigate to Self service >Create timecard

5. Create timecard using element XXX 

5. Submit process "Transfer Time  from OTL to BEE"

6. Submit process Validate for BEE

7. Submit process Transfer to BEE

8. Naviagte to US HRMS Manager > Batch element entries >Query for the batch created from above step

9. Check element XXX . Rate value is still 1 when it should be  4
