Open Account Balances Listing Does Not Shows Data For One Specific Month (Doc ID 2899004.1)

Symptoms

Open Account Balances Listing does not show any data for one specific month It does show data for previous and subsequent months.

The specific month is middle of the Fiscal Year. The sum of source and applied is equaling zero.
In other months one of them is more than the other not netting to Zero.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Go to Menu -> View -> Request

  1. Sect Concurrent Name:- Open Account Balances Listing
  2. Run the report with end date as last day of the month that is middle of the fiscal year, for an specific party.
  3. Review the report output and there is no data
