On : 12.2.6 version, Concurrent Manager Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Interface Install base Lines request long running and not processing from respective manager.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Interface Install base Lines program should not take long time to complete.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Oracle Install Base Admin Responsibility > Others > Requests > Single Request > Interface Install base Lines.
