Symptoms

When executing the program "Change the Top Supervisor for Plan" in Rollback mode, Program ends in error and the following error is logged in the Log File

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to "HR Professional V4.0" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to function "Performance Management".

3. In the launched page, under the cluster "Administration".

4. Click on the link "Plan Administration".

5. In the launched page, select the plan for which the Top Supervisor needs to be changed.

6. Now select the task "Change the Top Supervisor for Plan" and click on "Continue" button.

7. In the launched page, enter the "New Supervisor" value and with Mode selected as "Rollback", click on the "Submit" Button.

8. Now go back to application home page and navigate to HR Professional V4.0 --> Performance Management.

9. In the launched page, under the cluster "Batch Requests", click on the link "Process Monitor and Reports".

10. In the launched page, you can review the status of the concurrent program being called. The status of the program is error-ed out and when opened up the error log, saw the error message above.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-------------------------------------

The issue has the following Business Impact: Due to this issue, End user is not able to change the Top Supervisor of the plan, after there was a change in top management in the organization.

                                                                                    Since this top supervisor change is not happening, user is not able to proceed with their appraisal review process as well.
