Can approvals be enabled for proposed salary changes entered from the core PUI (professional user interface) forms?

Requirement Navigation:

1. Responsibility: HRMS Manager

2. Navigate: People Enter & Maintain > Employee Number > Assignment > Salary > Salary Proposed

3. Before clicking apply> Approvers list should be generated and approval workflow should be initiated
