Approved Award Distributions Updateable When Using the Inquiry View Based Responsibility in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) (Doc ID 2901567.1)

Using Purchasing, Version 12.2.10

CLM Inquiry responsibility allows the user to update the distributions on already saved/approved Award.

CLM Inquiry responsibilities should not allow the user to update the distributions on a saved award.


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the CLM award - in the read only responsibility.
2. Navigate the award to the distributions.
3. Note that the message appears that the GL Date was updated automatically.
  - Message: The GL Date for the Distribution #1, Line #1 has been automatically updated to 18-Jul-2022, as the old GL date was found to be invalid.
4. Scroll down and note that Fund Value and Change In Fund Value fields are now allowing updates.
5. Further down in the billing region - several other fields are allowing updates as well.

The profile "PO: Validate GL Period" was set to Re-Default. Set this to another value, example No - which will then also resolve the issue (as a workaround).
