ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9, Audit history is not getting populated. New Value in Audit History is null.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Audit History Consolidator should capture all changes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue happened with the following steps:
1. Go to Order Management responsibility>Orders,Returns>Sales Orders
2. Query a sales order and modify changes to Unit Selling Price, Ordered Quantity ,Request Date etc
3. Run Audit history Consolidator program and Verify History
4, Notice the history does not show New Values of Unit Selling Price,
Ordered quantity ,Request Date etc
