Unable to Use Documents Tab Under HRMS Manager Responsibilities (Doc ID 2902008.1)

Goal

Is it possible to use Documents tab from HRMS Manager responsibilities to upload  training materials or user guides (PDF, Word, Text..) related to specific responsibility?

  1. Login to application -> Go to Global HRMS Manager responsibility.
  2. On form top there are two tabs -> Functions and Documents.
  3. Go to Documents tab ->  Unable to upload documents.
