WIP MES User Responsibility Error 'You have encountered an unexpected error' (Doc ID 2902339.1)

Symptoms

Created one responsibility which is a copy of the seeded responsibility.

But while launching the custom responsibility, the following error occurs.

There are two types of error.
1. With personalization ("Disable Self-Service Personal" = No at both site and responsibility level)
2. Without personalization (at site level "Disable Self-Service Personal" = Yes). Here, users are getting error with only component availability tab, rest other tabs & start(0) parameter are working fine.

But if we disable the personalization at responsibility level(at responsibility level "Disable Self-Service Personal" = Yes), then the page along with all the tabs working fine.


ERROR

 "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: WIP MES User.
2. Click on start(0)
3. Here it comes two types of errors:
  With personalization ("Disable Self-Service Personal" = No at both site and responsibility level)
  Error "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."
4. Without personalization (at site level "Disable Self-Service Personal" = Yes). Here we
  are getting error with only component availability tab. Rest other tabs(dashboard, Work
  order, Exceptions etc) & start (0) parameter are working fine.
  Error "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."
