Order Line Not Progressing To Closure, No Delivery Details ID Attached With Purged Workflow (Doc ID 2902436.1)

Symptoms

 

When attempting to process shipping transactions with Interface Trip Stop,
the following error occurs due to no delivery detail Id associated with the 
order lines and line level workflow has been purged.
