Symptoms
On Release: 12.2.9 version, Supplier Admin Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to Add Products and Services for a Supplier the search returns No results found.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
User expect to see various Products and Services available when search for them.
STEP TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to Application
2. Select Responsibility: iSupplier Portal Full Access
3. Navigation: iSupplier Portal Home Page >> Select: "Administration" Tab
4. Profile Management >> Click: "Product & Services" >> Click: "Add" >>
5. Add Products and Services >> Select: "Search for Specific Product & Service" >>
6. Search Code Enter: % Click: "GO" >> Returns: No results found
