Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When clicking on Talent Matrix tab within Succession Planning function, the following error appears:
ORA-01436 Connect by Loop in User Data
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Responsibility: Manager Self-Service
- Navigate: Succession Planning > Click Talent Matrix Tab
Changes
Patch 34277463 for a similar known issue has been applied.
