Self Service BEE Review Page does not display Batch Name And Batch Created Date (Doc ID 2903241.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Batch Number is not displayed on review page and also in approval notification batch review region.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Batch Name and Date to appear on the review page and also in the approval notification.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Manager Self Service responsibility:

2. Navigate to Element Entries > Search or Create Batch > Search for a batch > Select batch > Click on the Update icon

3. From the Batch Details screen, click on Next button

4. Observe that, Batch Number and Batch Created Date are not displayed on review page and also in approval notification batch review region.
