Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Formula Security is enabled, Workflow notification is not generating for changing Status of Recipe to 'Approved for General Use'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to process approval of Recipe with formula security enabled
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Formula security :
Product Development Security Manager - Security Control
2. Workflow setup for Recipe Approval for General Use workflow with OPM
System Administration
3. Responsibility : Process Engineer
i. Create Recipe and change status to Approved for General Use
ii. Status will change to Request for Approval for General use and
workflow notification should to user as per workflow setup.
iii. Approving /Rejecting notification will update Recipe Status
Changes
No changes.
