Hyperlink Not Working In RFQ Invite Email Notification (Doc ID 2903363.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Home page Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RFQ invitation email to supplier has "Login and View Negotiation Details" hyperlink with an extra "/" character. Hence the hyperlink is not working due to this

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unwanted character in the "Login and View Negotiation Details" hyperlink should not exists

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a RFQ
2. Supplier Receives Notification
3. Click on Login and View Negotiation Details link- Hyperlink does not open due to extra "/" character
