AHL: Error - Please correct instance setup, make sure 'Enable ATP' check box enabled (Doc ID 2903791.1)

Goal

When a cMRO Visit is in any status prior to Push to Production, and tried to either cancel the visit, and it has a MR(Maintenance Requirement) on it, or try to delete the MR, an error is displayed.

ERROR
Please correct instance setup, make sure 'Enable ATP' check box enabled

STEPS
1. Login to Oracle apps
2. R) CMRO -> Planning -> Visit Work package -> Visits -> Search for a visit in the 'Planning' status and try to Cancel the visit.. Get the above mentioned error.

ASCP is not a required module for cMRO. Pushing the Visit to Production just to maintain it is not correct.
