r20;72: The 'S' attribute has an invalid value according to its data type.

r42;2: The required attribute 'Dod' is missing.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization Responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run CLE: VAT Control Report - XML.
