In custom IProcurement responsibility with seeded menu= Internet Procurement Home for CLM tab 'Post Award Request' tab it is not present.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In custom IProcurement responsibility with seeded menu= Internet Procurement Home for CLM tab 'Post Award Request' tab to be present.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Custom iProcurement responsibility > IProcurement Home Page
2. Observe that there is no 'Post Award Request' tab
