Shipping Transactions Are Stuck in Replenishment Requested Status (Doc ID 2904024.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Some shipping transactions are stuck in Replenishment Requested status.
For these impacted orders, it shows in table WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS that column RELEASED_STATUS field='B' (backordered),
but the REPLENISHMENT_STATUS column value is 'R' (Replenishment Requested).


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For this situation, expects replenishment_status = null
Needs a data fix to correct this data (set replenishment_status = null) to be able to perform the backorder(s).

STEPS
The issue cannot be replicated at-will.
