When reviewing the performance history in the View Performance History page, the following failure reason is displayed on the page:

Failure Reason = Reference Performance Number is required

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create a credit memo in Oracle Payables.

2.  Transfer to Projects and generate revenue/invoice

3.  Using a Projects responsibility navigate to Project-->Performance History subtab
View Performance History shows error for the negative credit memo

Order Number = <order number>
Order Line Number = 1
Order Schedule Number = 1
Performance Quantity = -75
Invoice Number = 4
Status = Failed
Failure Reason = Reference Performance Number is required
