Duplicate Investor Activation Transactions can be Accidently Created (Doc ID 2904302.1)

Symptoms

Accidentally clicking the Activate button twice on an Investor Agreement causes duplicate Investor transactions to be created. The system should prevent duplicate Investor transactions from being created.

STEPS
1. Using the Lease Super User responsibility.
2. Create Syndication Pool.
3. Create an Investor Agreement.
4. Activate the Investor Agreement twice by clicking the Activate button twice..
5. The Investor Transaction is created twice with same amounts.
