Symptoms

When running Autoinvoice Master Program, with more than one worker, the Autoinvoice Import Program fails with the error below. This also happens if users runs the Autoinvoice Import Program separately, at the same time

 

ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control > Requests > Run

  1. Run Autoinvoice Master Program
  2. Enter more 2 or higher value for the "Number of Instances" parameter
