Symptoms

The following error is received when opening the receipts form even though user is setup as a worker.

You are not setup as worker
To access this form you need to be a worker.


Steps

Navigate: Inventory > Receiving > Receipts

The error pops when the Receipts function is accessed.

All other Knowledge Management documents related to this issue/error have been reviewed but none appear to apply.

The environment is multi-org and the error is generated only for certain organizations.
HR:Cross Business Group is set to Yes at the Responsibility level.
There are multiple security profiles that are mapped to one business group and the rest are mapped to another business group.
