Symptoms
In EBS submitting any concurrent request with delivery option. Dialog box appears with below exception.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to EBS application
2.Navigate to any responsibility -- View -- Request -- Submit Single request/request set
3.Enter program name and select delivery option. Include delivery option details
4.Click on Submit button
