Few Sales Orders are Closed without Booking Related attributed populated.

Booking Attributes:
---------------------------
Booked_Flag
Booked_Date

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect datafix to populate the right value for these attributes as these are Booked Lines.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will, But can be seen with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
4. Open the Sales Order form
5. Query the Order Reported
6. ind that Reported Orders are at Closed Status.
7. Now Go to Help > Diagnostics > Examine and check the following field values:

BOOKED_FLAG >> It is is N
BOOKED_DATE >> It is NULL
