Symptoms
When attempting to upload the "JPK Invoice Listing for Poland" XML output to Tax Authority, the report is rejected with the following error:
Element 'http://jpk.mf.gov.pl/wzor/2022/02/17/02171/:P_5A' jest nieprawidłowy - wartość 'CH' jest niepoprawna zgodnie z typem danych 'http://jpk.mf.gov.pl/wzor/2022/02/17/02171/:TKodyKrajowUE' - Ograniczenie wyliczenia nie powiodło się.
The 'http://jpk.mf.gov.pl/wzor/2022/02/17/02171/:P_5A' element is invalid - The value 'CH' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://jpk.mf.gov.pl/wzor/2022/02/17/02171/:TKodyKrajowUE' - The Enumeration constraint failed.

The error can be seen in error report received from Tax Authority portal.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization responsibility.
2. Got to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run "JPK Invoice Listing for Poland" report.
4. Upload the XML output file to Tax Authorities Portal.
