Unable to add the new position to "REPORTING TO" on the position form. The newly added position not coming in the NAME field on REPORTING TO form. (Doc ID 2905189.1)

User created new position and in the Position Form,  there is a button called "Reporting To" and when user go the "Reporting To" form, in the hierarchy newly created position not coming in the LOV of the "Reporting To" Form.

How do we populate the newly added position on "Reporting To" Form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login application with HRMS responsibility or any shared HR responsibility or PO responsibilities
2. Under Work Structure > Position > query the position which is created or Position form
3. Click on "REPORTING TO" button and select the HIERARCHY "EMR_PSS_PROJECT_REQ_HIERARCHY" 
4. In the Name field try to enter or query the newly created position
5. New position does not exists or display or the position is not visible
