Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The WIP Mass load program is taking long time. It should finish in 30 minutes but it takes 2 hours especially when multiple wrappers programs are run in parallel.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

WIP Mass load program to finish in 30 minutes.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work In Process.

2. Run WIP Mass Load program while multiple wrappers are running.

3. Observe the program takes about 2 hours to complete.
