Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

Error while copying the offers in Trade Management Offers screen.

Copying offers that are created post 2022 after DB upgrade.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management > Trade Planning > Offers
2. Select Offer, click Copy
3. Create ... error
